Board of Directors
William Hoy
Rumson: President
William moved to Rumson in 2016, from Jersey City, with his wife Megan, son Alex, and newborn daughter Wynne. New to the area, their family quickly fell in love with the Two Rivers area and people. Originally growing up just outside NE Philadelphia, he is a lifelong Philly sports fan, meaning by birth his two kids are too. Lettering in multiple sports, William attended Drexel University in Philly, played on the baseball team, and earned his major in engineering. He currently works as a manager at the local global technology consulting firm, Forefront, headquartered in Fair Haven. William’s kids are just entering the sports ages, and one of his achievements to-date has been successfully running a “sandlot” baseball team, when the pandemic shut down sports. What started out with 2 kids, quickly morphed into 20+ over the course of a few weeks. William is extremely excited to join the board, and looks forward to continuing to coach and create great experiences for the next generation of kids.
Damon Zappacosta
Little Silver: Coaching Coordinator
Damon and his wife Kara moved to Little Silver in 2016. They previously lived in New York City and Hoboken and have three children-- Samuel, 10; Michael, 8; and Ayla, 5. Damon grew up in Delaware County, PA-- about fifteen minutes from where the Eagles and Phillies turn in perennial winning seasons. While in his late twenties/early thirties, Damon volunteered for the Big Brother Program in Philly. A career sales executive who played baseball in high school and earned a BA from Boston College, Damon is passionate about youth sports and the potentially positive impact they can have on kids. He loves coaching and enjoys serving on the board.

He has three kids, Jake (15), Brooke (12) and Ari (10) who have all been multi-sport athletes since kindergarten. Adam has been coaching both sons’ baseball teams for the past 10 years. Brian Biegen
Fair Haven: Umpire Coordinator
Resident of Fair Haven since 2018 and father of three, ages 11, 9 and 6. In middle school and high school Brian was a member of the Team Connecticut Junior Olympic AAU Team which competed in tournaments and showcases nationally. In high school Brian was an All-State shortstop and pitcher, captain both junior and senior years, and selected to both the Connecticut State Senior All-Star Team as well as the Connecticut State Fall (All-Ages) All-Star Team. Brian played Division 1 in college as a pitcher at Princeton University from 2000 - 2004. His team won the Ivy League Championship 3 of the 4 years he was there, including senior year when he was captain of the team. Brian competed in 3 regional tournaments as part of the College World Series tournament. After college my volunteer work included being President of the Friends of Princeton Baseball and President of the Princeton Association of New York City, the latter of which had a board of 24, communicated with over 8,000 constituents, and oversaw 50 major events a year.
As a volunteer in Fair Haven Brian has been head coach of my oldest son's travel team (The Diamonds) since 8U. His upcoming 12U spring season will therefore be my 5th year coaching that age group. During those 5 years my team has made it to our USABL division championship 3 times, winning once. For my little guy I have been the head coach of his tee ball team the past 2 years and will be in charge of the first grade/7U Diamonds clinic and tryouts this coming summer. As a board member with FH Baseball, Brian has been our liaison on the board of the Two Rivers Little League (TRLL) where he have been the umpire coordinator.
